Meeting, May 5, 1998

3:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.

Those in attendance: Elaine Rapp, Rachel Hopkins, Angie Lebel, Mike Faiella, George D'Orazio, Dennis Wyman, Mike Benik, Robert Horan, and Karen Tardif (sic).

Minutes:

- March Rev. 1 is okay.

- April minutes will become Rev. 2.

There is a homeschool handbook and condensation of the law available through Chris Hamilton of NHHC.

Renomination letters are being processed for Elaine Rapp and Mike Benik.

Franklin Pierce summer session - Judy Fillion will fund Elaine Rapp's attendance there. (Thanks, Rachel)

The statistics department can give figures of numbers of homeschool students in each district.

There is a report available on the Governor's Education Summit.

Continuing discussion on the DOE acknowledgement letter draft.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, June 16 1998, in Room 12 of the Department of Education at 3:30 P.M.
