Minutes

In attendance: Elaine Rapp (chair), George D'Orazio, Mike Faiella, Joseph Rega, Dennis Wyman, Jackie Teague, Rob Drye and Harvey Harkness.

Discussion Notes:

Minutes of the February 7th meeting were discussed. A revised copy will be sent to Jackie per discussion.

The latest HEAC membership list was passed out - note the DOE members are Jackie and Harvey.

Ed 315-11 needs to be updated due to the elimination of the title formerly held by Judy Fillion.

Next time the Home School Administrative Rules are printed the statement of purpose should be included.

Pat Bussell [sic] joined the meeting to give us an update on legislative activity.

Letters have been sent to Elizabeth Twomey and Mr. Ovide Lamontagne. (attached)

Elaine will visit the State Board and Commissioner Twomey as appropriate with our annual report.

It was agreed we need an avenue to "get to know" Commissioner Twomey - perhaps she could spend a meeting with us in the near future.

The next meeting will be held at the Department of Education in Room 15 at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 4, 1995.
