The ages range, at present, from 12 to 15. We chose our books from a list we've
compiled to include many different genres. To ensure diversity, we chose from a
new genre list each month. The books we select are then offered for purchase at
a 20% discount at Borders. (Most of us borrow from our local libraries.)
We welcome any teen homeschooler to join us. If you have any questions, please

Ages 10-12 Book selection will be discussed at the first meeting. This group will be led by Sue Carita, an
employee who is a former teacher at the Milford Middle School. Call her at

There is a program of concerts/plays and other performances for school age children at the
University of Mass. at Lowell (similar to the ones in Concord at the
Capitol Center for the Arts. Call the STARTS Hotline
978-934-4452 to get a free brochure You do need to sign up for these programs
in advance, payment is due 3 weeks prior to the performance ($5.00 per
student and adults are free) and they are very homeschooler
friendly. Some of the really popular shows sell out during the
summer. You do not need to sign up with a group,
you can just sign up for your family
Warm Stone Studio Pottery Class

Offering both children and adult pottery classes as well as summer
general art classes for children.
