If you don't have japanese fonts etc on your machine, go to: http://www.shodouka.com/ and then load the japanese stuff from there...all the gobblygook magically transforms into hiragana and kanji...wonderful! It doesn't seem to handle frames though, so Steve's Kanji pages don't do well through this filter...play that one straight from your web browser.
