On the day of the show, please attempt to arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 for a 10:00 show, and between 11:-30 and 11:45 for a noon time show. The chaperone should ask the CCA staff to have the group seated at 15 minutes before showtime.
We have found that if we enter and get seated about 10-15 minutes before showtime, we have good seats, but if we can gather everyone earlier, and get seated about 20 minutes prior to showtime, we are seated closer to the stage.
If you know you will be late, or cannot attend the show you have reserved, please notify us as soon as you know so that I can notify the chaperone for that show, so the group is not left waiting for you. Late cancellations are not refunded after the payment due date but sometimes we can find someone to pick up the tickets for you.
When you arrive at the CCA, check in with the NHHR chaperone. The chaperone should have an NHHR sign. The chaperone may be inside the building in the foyer (pass through the double set of doors at the front of the CCA) or they may be outside near the doors.
There will be various chaperones this year, as both Mary and I are working full time. Please show respect to these volunteers, and help them keep an accurate head count to give to the ushers on the way in. If you allow the chaperone to lead the group in, the ushers will be grateful to see that NHHR sign leading the pack!
If you are late arriving, and the group has already entered the show, tell the ushers that you are with NHHR, and be seated wherever they tell you...you may or may not be seated with the group at this time.
