Chaperone Responsibilities:

It is the responsibility of the Chaperone to:

Arrive at the CCA least 30 minutes prior to show time

Get the attendees together as a group as they arrive. To assist in this, you can print the NHHR sign and display it so that attendees can locate you.

Check off everyone from the attendance list

Have the group get seated at 15 minutes prior to show time.

Communicate the group status to the CCA ushers, leaving them with a copy of the attendance list if anyone is missing.

Prior to each show, I send out an email to the chaperones that contains the URL of the web page that will display the list of attendees for the show you are attending. Please print out that information and bring it with you to the show.

To know if you are the chaperone for a show, display the list of chaperones using the link on the NHHR School Series web page.

As needed, we will increase reservations to fill demand if possible, so your count may change until you see "SOLD OUT" at the top of the page.

Please see the chaperone document for the current year to see who the chaperones are for each show.

Everyone still on the list at showtime will have paid, so there will be no payment collection happening at the show.
